At 5"2' I am 156 lbs, 10-15 lbs of which have been gained since i came to school and stopped being as active. It's much harder to eat healthy and stay active with classes, work, and other activities. Although my dining hall has an okay selection of foods, I am just now learning what to stay away from and how to incorporate exercise into my daily routine! My goal weight is 125 (as given by the site) by December 2007, but hopefully it won't take that long!
