I'm 39, married for 17 years, no kids. I'm an attorney working for a large insurance company. Beginning in law school (where I did nothing but study and eat junk food) I started gaining weight, and it only got worse once I started practicing (nothing but sedentary work, eating junk food, plus mega stress.) I finally faced reality in July 2006, at 205 pounds. Reality: I had to change my eating patterns and I absolutely had to start working out, or within 5 to 10 years I would be very ill and obsenely obese. I lost 30 pounds the first year, 20 pounds the next year, but only 7 pounds in the last six or seven months. And I'm still at high body fat %s. So I've faced another reality: I have to weight train. I'm starting NROLFW Jan 2009.
