I am 45 years old married with 2 children  25 year old daughter, 10 year old son,6 year old granddaughter, I teacher a companation 1-4 elementary class at a small private school in the town I grew up in, my husband is a caterer and is embarking on a new adventure with a food consission, I really need to shed a few (75) pounds to be able to really help him with this business, and mainly to feel more energetic and better about myself any help from anyone would be greatly welcomed. thank you
