Bio

I'm 22, female, 137ish, 5'.5''. I used to weigh 145 pounds when I was in grade 8 and have always struggled with losing/gaining weight. Lost a bunch in grade 9 and went down to 125. Gained it back in grade 10/11 and lost 10 the healthy way in fitness class. Gained more back after grade 12. Lost it again back to 125 when I was 20 and broke up with my ex - totally thought my world was ending and couldn't eat or keep food down for 3 months. Wasn't trying to lose like that but only good thing out of it lol. Tried to get from 125 to 115(goal weight) close to the end of 2008 I put on 12 pounds - 5 muscle, 7 fat and was at 137. Trying to take off that 7 fat pounds and few more to get to new goal weight of 125 because I love my muscles! I'll totally post the before and after comparing the 'skinny fat' weight of  125 and <3 my muscles weight of 125.

I'm obcessed with  reading anything to do with fitness. I climbed the CN Tower in 20min 13s. Traing for my first race, a 10k May 10th 2009. Considering a Half for Sep 2009.
