| Bio | Well hello everyone, i have never written about myself before, but i find that i am a pretty happy person, outgoing, i love to talk and help people, but now it is time to help myself, which i am NOT good at and need some help with my fellow people on this site!!! i work full time, and have 1 step daughter which is the most adorable little girl around, i have most resently figured that i needed to lose weight because i find it hard to keep up with her! i am a big kid, and get right into going down the slides with the kids, and rolling down the hills, but i am finding it taking my breath away! i have been hard on myself over the years with sports, and not letting injuries heel, and i find my knees, and back are sore, but i know 1/2 is to do with the weight gain! so it is time to pull up my socks, and get control back and feel great about myself again! i look forward to meeting people on here, and hear of their success and mine~
