I'm Missy!!  I have battled with my weight pretty much the moment I hit puberty. LOL!!  It wasn't until probably 2003 that I realised that I was the one in control of my weight and my eating.  I battle with emotional eating and also have a pre-schooler that sometimes hinders my weight loss journey.  But ultimately, it is a journey I will have the rest of my life.  I feel fortunate to have learned early on how to take care of my body.
