I was a skinny kid growing up and could eat whatever I wanted, now middle age spread has caught up with me and it is harder to lose weight and keep it off.

Most of my family is over weight and diabetes runs in our genes thus giving me more reason to slim down.

I ve decided to join this sight to find others who have struggles, hopes and dreams regarding healthy eating and exercise.

I am an emotional eater, any emotion will do and have a huge sweet tooth and salt craving!

I hope to make friends and be an encouragement to to others also!
