I've been doing this calorie count thing since november 2006. I had my first baby in Oct of 2005 and then we got pregnant again and had my last baby in Oct of 2006! SO needless to say I had A LOT of weight to lose!!! My heaviest right before I had my second baby was 221. TO date, I've lost 82 pounds. Woohoo! I'm working out like crazy trying to get the rest off, but I am starting to slow down as far as the weight goes.  Any suggestions would be WONDERFUL!
