Thanks that is helpful. However I'm actually on a v.high fat diet. I have about 70-80g a day and less carbs. I have lots of peanut butter, almonds, milk, yogurt etc... so it makes me wonder even more why this is happening :S

I don't exercise that much very often. It's just because I had lots of free periods today.

I've been at a healthy weight since March. Please don't think of me as being at risk of a relapse because that's not the case. I just need support to this healthily because I definitely don't want to waste another 7 months in hospital :/ That thought keeps me going. Plus I like eating too much to go back haha.

What i've been eating has varied a lot to be honest. From 2500 when i got out to gain a bit more, then 2000, then I had a mini relapse but it just depressed me so i soon got back on track to about 1600-1800. Now I'm at 2500 and that's enough for me as i get full easily.

Thanks for caring though, it's just I really want advice not based around my illness :/

I went to a university open day and sat and ate lunch with loads of new people! As well as that i had 2 carbs in one meal (veg lasagne AND rice :OO) then had a pudding!!! Crazy me, except it's not, it's just normal but it's been so long it SEEMS crazy lol.

I have outpatient treatment but it doesn't help me. they are good but I'm just so wrapped up in the illness again now :( I don't want to go back to hospital though for help because my weight is still healthy. Which just increases my want to get worse/a really low BMI so I am then 'worthy' of needing help :S

L: tuna mayo toastie w/salad, banana and ice cream
S: granola w/ss milk, banana

D: roast chicken w/potatoes and veg, sticky toffee pudding w/vanilla ice cream

I have had relatives around and had to eat in front of them. So difficult as i feel like they watch what i'm eating but i have done it :)

Ate a scone with cream, then was still hungry and had a big mars bar :O YAY!

L: tuna mayo toastie w/ nut salad, eat natural bar

S: scone w/jam and clotted cream :O

S: mars bar, hanful of walnuts/pretzels

D: salmon, potatoes, veg, raspberries and ice cream

S: (still to have) bowl of bran flakes w/200ml ss milk

about 2800 calories :) Upped it after maintaining on 2500 last week-I was surprised!

For the first time since having ED I haven't counted my calories today and had unknown calories in my lunch which included cheese..again! :O And a huge flapjack :D NOM!

B: chocolate ready brek, toast with nutella and peanut butter

S: eat natural bar

L: brie, cranberry and bacon salad, 3/4 huge flapjack

S: bowl of bran flakes w/ 200ml ss milk

D: vegetarian lasagne, veg, sticky toffee pud w/vanilla ice cream scoop

S: banana w/ice cream, apple w/ peanut butter

I'm so proud of my lunch because it was completely unknown calories ^_^

Gw: whatever a size 12 is :D Also judging by when my periods come back. YAY i reached my target of a bmi of 20 hehe.

I'm recovering from an ED so yes i do have this problem, however I agree with the previous poster; Your body is healthy as it is and too much exercise is a bad idea unless you plan to eat to make up for it. Half an hour-an hour of exercise a day is the norm. E.g. this morning I did 40 mins of yoga to tone up (it works!), other days I go for an hour cycle ride. Some days you just do happen to do more exercise e.g. go for a long walk. I did this recently but made sure that I ate well before and afterwards. This way you get fit but stay healthy :)

Oh yay thankyou for that guys. I'm eating 2500 a day so hopefully this WILL help. :D It's good to hear that your hairs really thick again and it probably does take patience as well as no relapses. Which will be hard but i'm sure I can manage :)

This was a couple of days ago but I had a whole bag of sweet popcorn at the cinema! Unknown calories and probs a lot of them...yummy :P
