lol at all these people who comment on this , but clearly they never even read the book .
Atkins isnt for just anyone , if you love pasta,potatoes,fruit and all that,then its simply not for you .
Dont understand why would people even try it when they know they cant live without carbs , no point , as soon as you start eating your pizzas,cheesburgers and fish with chips it will all come back .
Some people moan and moan and always blame "bad" diets lol , its never their fault for choosing wrong diet plan or even for their eating habits that got them fat in the first place |

Thank you all for replies :) The thing is,i dont understand how to measure food in cups ! i use a cup to drink coffee or tea from,not to measure food . we use grams over here. But after long search on google i found out that one portion of fresh raw fruit is 80 grams :) |

LOL, i know this , but everywhere i look its in American cups . want to know how much its in grams ? when i make my smoothie or fruit salad i put everything on a scale to know exactly how many calories i eat,so i need to know this in grams,not cups . |

Hmm,i tried "slim now day and night" before,and it worked for me . its natural herbal product,when you start taking them,you not that hungry,i could only eat half of what i used to eat. |

Hi Terri, i agree with gi-jane that if you dont have any cookies or anything like that at home - you wont eat them . Thats if you live on your own . But if you got more people living in your house who eat that sort of food,then its a different story.Its hard not eat when you see someone else eating it ... Eating bananas and grapes helped me to stop . I eat bar of kit-kat sometimes (once a week) but not 10-15 a day like i used to lol . Just try it,see if it will help you . Or buy chromium supplements . I got it but never used it,cos bananas and grapes helped me with sugar cravings. Just try both,you got nothing to lose :) Good luck ;-) |

i am not vegetarian . i dont eat beef and lamb because i dont like the taste of it,but i eat pork and chicken and fish.i came from lithuania,my grandparents lived in a small vilage,and they used to grow they own food,like fruit & vegetables even pigs,cows,chickens . all for food . cos i grow up like that,its normal for me to eat it. its not that i dont care about animals being killed and cooked,i just dont think about it,i see it as a food.

yes i eat 3000 to maintain,but this site tells me i should be eating about 1900,but its not enough for me,if i was on 1900 i would feel like i am still on a diet.i know 3000 sounds toooo much,but thats what my body needs.you just need to find what works for you.everyone is different. |

CC shows i should be eating aprox 1900 cals a day (to maintain),but thats not enough for me. i eat 3000 + !!! and i dont put on weight . i dont think anyone can calculate how active you are . i think i want to eat this much because i am active . when i tried to maintain it at 1900 i felt like i was still on a diet . "listen" to what your body tells you to do ! |

i never take multivitamins . why should i ? i eat healthy foods,fruit & veg and i think i get all the vitamins i need the natural way . i just dont see point in taking them . they might be a good idea for those who live on burgers and chips . ha ha ha . |

if you are used to eat like 15oo a day,you will prabably gain some weight back/or wont lose any for a first week or two,but after that you will start losing weight slowly. |

you choose not to exercise because when you do, you "don't lose weight" --> So i didnt say that i dont exersice because i dont value my health? did i ? and i didnt say that being thin is more important than being healthy . did i ? |
