Thanks for your advice everyone! I will really take it all into consideration!

But, I got on the scale tomorrow and I was 205! I ate a ton a junky sodium food, too! Finally it came off! Not it just better keep doing that!

I don't want prom to be a distant memory. I want to remember it. If I even go.. Right now I'm in such a dark place I don't want to do anything anymore...including life.

I'm sorry if you thinking 'whiny BS' like some people on here. But I'm honest. I'm off the edge and have no idea when I'll hit the bottom.

Sorry to get back so late! But thank you for your advice, everyone!

I always hit a plateau at 20 pounds loss, and every time I stop trying and gain that 20 back plus anotherr 20 and that's how I got here! Except the difference is that I'm doing it slow and healthy. Before I lost that 20 pounds in a month or so.

I'll never look okay at prom at 1 pound a week. ): I can afford 2 pounds a week. I don't think I can really do anything with my exercising with weights because I have no access to them until I'm 16 years old (June 7th). But when I turn 16 I'm getting a membership to my gym and I am going to go like a mad man. I will do cardio 4 times a week, strenthening and toning 3 days a week. I really want to do the weights to see if they make a dent in me. I'll probably have to stop weighing then because of the muscle gained, but I can measure myself!

I don't think I could even cut my calories if I tried, haha! I love food wayy too much to give up an ounce! I'll just create a larger deficit by exercising? I have been kept in the range of 207-209 for like 6 weeks? Even if I do see a smaller number on the scale, it doesn't even matter because I don't see it again after that. I haven't been really doing bad either! I've been getting 'perfect' days on my analysis, I've been hitting a lot of my goals, I have been exercising more, and my deficit is between -600 to -1000. Which it should be -1000 if I want to lose 2 pounds a week. I know that's a good deficit for me because my nutritionist said it was still healthy.

I know I've hit a plateau, and I hateee it. Enddd! I have been 'zig zagging' now that I am back in Zumba every Monday and Wednesday. I have about -600 to -700 deficit when I'm not in Zumba and about -1000 when I do go.

I am so sick of this and I'm trying soo hard not to just stuff myself for the rest of the days of my life. I've tried so many times..

I just don't want to be the fat girl in prom. I want to wear a pretty silky dress with an open back and beautiful jewels. I will never get there at this point.

But I even didn't do mine. Although, I think I made up for it with cardio. I should have done cardio instead. ;) Good thinking!

I ordered the videos and I've only done the Learn it and Acitvate. But I don't really like them all that well as they do bore me and I get burnt out on them. Plus, they were 100 bucks with a payment off deal!

The classes on the other hand is a different story. I lovee the classes!!!!!! I suggest the classes over the videos. But it's whatever you choose.

I loveeeee Zumba!! I don't have a heart rate moniter but on here for general aerobics it burns over 500 cals an hour.

This is hard for me, because I don't want to leave.
But right now I just don't have the time to read everyones posts and respond.

I mainly agree about the number of people. I like smaller groups to have more of a personal feel to it.

...So, it's come to a decision after thinking about this topic and I think I should leave for the time being. I would be happy to come back this summer though, if that is an option.

This group is amazing and supportive. I thank you all and wish you the best!

I will still be reading the topic each week if that's alright, so I can think about it myself.

Goals coming to an end and I won't be here to sign them off so all I can say is I know for sure that I'll meet that goal 100%+. Calorie Camp is a savior to me. If you would like we can support eachother on there!
