Tiredness can cause stress. There are a few of my friends if stress, they will eat a lot, but some do not eat. At company's ordinary shift change every week or once a month. According to experience of stress occurs at 1 day after replacement of the shift (1 -> 2, 3 -> 1, etc). Prepare ourselves in situations the stress. Thanks

The first time, like my friend done is calm and not panic. All the weight loss treatment is basically the same. Keep calm, and need regularity. And never get bored. If this is done then in a long time (at least 6 months) there would be results. If want to follow use my name plus dot com. Thanks

Wow. I like beer. But that first, and now not. Alcohol such as soda. Ever heard of coca C apologize for causing obesity in the United States? Perhaps at short time has no effect. But the effect on 5 or 10 years later. According to reference that I read, the alcohol only gives peace of mind and body for a moment. Well, i like alcohol only once a month, lol.

I love ice cream. Yes I like "strawberry flavor". But you should not eat ice cream at bedtime because the calories need to be removed. Happy to eat ice cream and do not overdo it.

I saw irregular in yours. Especially in the diet. I advice to notice regularity of dietary. If you can maintain your diet, then switched to a healthy lifestyle. "Irregular workout tend to lead irregular eating".

Hey,

Need a break. Necessary to eliminate calories of the body is: eat less, workout plus. The key is sporting and eating regularly. At least one or two days off a week (except for emergencies. For example: sports for the match).
