I am 29, almost 30 and have two boys ages 8 & 5. I live in the sticks as my mom calls it in Eastern Washington near Spokane. I love it out here though I never thought I would be a country girl. I work full time for an insurance company. I love my job, I have what I call a Mommy job, flexible, not stressful and the pay isn't bad either! I used to be able to eat what I wanted and I have come to the realization that is not possible anymore. I hope to permantly change my eating habits. I know that people are more successful with their weight loss when they write down what they eat. This site is keeping me accountable. I am 5'9" and currently as of this morning weighed 183 lbs and I really don't care how much weight I lose. I would like to get back into a size 12. I gained one size after each of the boys was born and never really lost any of the weight. I plan on getting pregnant in the near future and the reality is I am overweight. I want to be a healthy role model for my kids (and hopefully my hubby)
