I'm a fat chick who would stay fat forever if it wasn't going to kill me. I have a wonderful husband who used to be a stick, but has gained a few pounds from my delicious cooking haha. We are both trying to get healthier. I am quitting smoking and trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I have done Atkin's a few times, with good results, but I always get bored with the restrictive food choices. This time I'm trying good old fashioned healthy food, less calories, more exercise.

Current Goals

- February 4th will be 1 year Smoke-Free! GOAL MET!!! SMOKE FREE FOR 1 YEAR!!!

- Lose 5 pounds by the end of March to jump start my new efforts! GOAL MET!!!

- Lose 10 pounds by the end of March to REALLY jump start my new efforts!GOAL MET!!! WITH A WHOLE WEEK LEFT IN MARCH!!

- Lose another 10 pounds by the end of April! GOAL NOT MET. BOO.
