Bio

Well, I'm a 23yr old college student that decided to go for a degree where I would never get out. When I got to college I was around 150 lbs, which for my height and body structure was healthy. After spending long hours in the shop, getting so wrapped up in projects that I would forget to eat, and grabbing cheap food on the go, I ended up gaining 60 lbs before I knew what was happening.

I never thought that I ate that badly. When I started talking to a few of my friends who are real health nuts they told me that I'm still not eating as well as I should be. This past week I made the decision to not just go on a diet, but to make eating healthy and exercising a lifestyle. Now I am trying to get back to not only get back to a healthy weight, but get in shape as well. I have been regularly hitting the gym a few days a week with a friend for a couple of months. Hopefully keeping a food log will help even more.
