| Bio | I am just looking to get healthy and lose about 40-45 pounds. That should set me at a good weight for my body frame and put me a little above what the charts say I should be based on my height. I have been talking for several years that I will lose the weight, but talk is talk and no true action has been taken. I started a desk job where I sit all day a little over a year ago and I've managed to put on an additional 20 pounds, when I thought I was big before. Whoo it's about time for me and I'm just enjoying learning portion control and healthy eating so I can lose weight and become healthier. I recently bought an elliptical machine that I am attempting to use at least 5-6 times a week and alternate that with workout videos or going to the gym. Good luck to all of you out there. So far I love this website and I find it extremely motivating. It is great to log your calories daily and find pretty much any food you can think of on the lists! :) |
