Wow this week's challenge will be interesting for me. I tend to eat out alot, just me and hubby and sometimes it is just as cheap to eat out then to cook a whole meal for just the two of us.  I am eager to hear some good tips that would be helpful to me.

I do try to stick with the fish dinners when I eat out. I love fish (baked fish), at least I'm getting my protein and lots of it with a fish dinner. I try and stay clear of carbs and sodium, well everything has so much sodium in it. I really wish restaurants would posts a calorie count or a healthier choice dinner on their menus, I think that would be a great idea for us "calorie counters".

Not sure what's going on with my copy and paste but here are my weeks results.

Not to happy with results this week earlier this week I was 167.60. Watching everything I eat and working out regularly. Burning an extra 500 calories a day. Keeping carbs low and sugar low. Hmmmm. Maybe the scales will show all my hard work in a few days. Ha Ha....Wishful thinking!

Oh, I am so glad things are back to normal. Normal to me is where I was at the beginning of this month. I have been so up and down in yet working hard at getting my exercise everyday. Ready to start another challenge this week!

One of the very first profiles I stumbled on was Lilygirls... She had pictures posted of herself before and after (and that was about 20 pounds back for lilygirl) I was hooked. I wanted what she had so bad... I wanted to do everything just like her. going. So although I am so proud of myself for making the changes and living my life as a healthy active woman. I owe a lot to CC and to Lilygirl!

I always kinda wondered if you were aware of what a huge impact you've had on the amazing changes in my life.

 Well funny Roxie how we stumbled on teh same website and picked the same person to be the influence in our lives. I felt exactly the way you felt and Lilygirl was saying exactly what I felt for years. She was doing everything that I wanted to do and made it seem possible. I owe my new self to her. I don't think I would of ever have done this journey or accomplished this weight loss if not for her. She has been my hero all along and still is. How do you ever begin to thank someone who you will never meet in this lifetime for giving you so much. I truly am thankful that I have found her in this lifetime and all of you to make my journey one that I will never forget. Thank you Lilygirl....You are my daily inspiration !!!

Weight today 2nd day of TTOM 167.60. I usually gain about 1-2 lbs. Did good this week actually reached an all time low of 165 on Tuesday, so get this week over with and work even harder next time. Not much of a change in measurments, only bust, which is fine cause that's where I want to loose now. Hopefully next challenge will be better yet.

Yes, I do feel my story ( journey) is a great success. I now eat healthier, exercise regularly and feel so much better. I remember a day when even carrying a load of laundry up the stairs was a challenge. Bending over putting my shoes on was a head rush, simple things, it was all these small challenges in a day that gave me my wake up call. I have completely changed from the person I was. I am happier, I feel so much better when I go out. I love shopping now, hated it before cause nothing fit or everything was so tight on me. I love it now that I can go into a store and pull a medium/large off the rack and ta da "it fits". I can hold my head up and I know my children and husband are so proud of my succes. I have accomplished something that I always knew I could, I just never had the incentive or so many behind me or just like me until CC came along and turned me into this "new me". It has been day by day, lb. by lb. but together we have all been our own success story.
