I'm a 24 year old female just wanting to eat healthy, exercise, and tone up a bit. I have a bad habit of binge/restrict eating. It's not good for me mentally, emotionally, and it's definitely not good for my body. I WILL learn to treat my body with respect.
UPDATE (5/16/09): I have been eating healthy and working out the past 2 weeks. I feel so good about myself. I need to remember how great this feels next time I want to eat 10 cookies or skip my workout. I now judge myself by how I feel and not hwo much the scale says. I feel like I'm making progress and I want to keep this up so that when I have kids I can set a good example for them.
Goals for AUGUST:
1. Workout at least 3 times a week
2. Drink more water
3. EAT HEALTHY!!!
