aweseome! thanks guys for all the comments, Im trying to incorporate it more in my workouts. I love boxing , i started feeling burning in muscles i wasnt able to workout that great before. feels great and yes totally ups my confidence (cant wait for my brother to come visit me so we can sparr! :) ) wish I had someone around here to sparr and box with :( too bad none of you are near!!!

thank you guys so much, I have made a few adjustments in my eating habits these last couple days, its not alot of time to say its stable enough but i started adding twice as much veggies to my lunch meal and that made a tremendous difference(thanks gi-jane). I had a full plate and it was only 330 calories tops with the stir fry sauce.Also took what jp said, and saved a few hundred calories for the evening time a couple hours before bed, because thats when the munchies and light hunger would come in the most. So I've been having light butter popcorn (250 cal) with a full liter of water or arizona diet green tea and that leaves me feeling good. The headaches have gone away for the most part and I was even able to put on my boxing gloves yesterday and get a short workout (only ten minutes) but my energy levels are increasing. feels good! I still need to adjust more things and maybe take more vitamins. any more suggestions are greatly appreciated! :) also im still considering upping my cal allowance from 1400 to maybe 1600 but im still not sure, so far its getting easier to stay at 1400 but i will keep it in mind |

maybe i need to change that then. BUt i reeaally wanted to shoot for 1.5 to 2 lbs a week. Its been horrible though. I wanted to work out and get into a routine but when i tried (which was only once..) i found I was extra hungry afterwords. Felt like it almost cancels out my workout when i eat to compensate for the sweating and buring. Im stubbornly determined to lose weight and get my body back!! |

Im eating lean chicken breast, frozen veggies, total cereal, popcorn, and arizona caffiene sugar free tea. trying to stretch out low cal stuff to feel more full. these are the things i eat most, also white rice jp5...that makes sense, i burn 2100 or so supposedly for maintence, so thats a big deficit, feels like my body is attacking me and doesnt want to tap into the fat store like you said! Im going to give it another ten days and if it doesnt want to ease up then I think i will have to up my 13 14 to 1600 maybe? not sure, going to see how it goes. thanks guys, keep posting! |
