For sure! I plan on keeping up with my blog for awhile! so dont worry about that! Just keep checkin back on it! Here in awhile I plan on getting a little more info involved with it!

After 90 days? hopefully you continue your healthy lifestyle! I dont think I'd be very happy being in a workout program all my life! And frankly you dont need it! I say reach your goal (through a program like 90x or on your own), once you reach that goal maintain! By the time you reach your goal you'll be on the right track to being healthy!

 Dont worry about gaining fat at all! There is so much cardio and weight training that you will be burning a great deal of the calories you take in! I have lost a great deal of body fat after just one month! and I think I tend to eat a little more then whats recommended (trying to bulk up!).  

 I see programs like p90x as learning tools! once I get done I'll continue to use the exercises in my regular workout routine. but modify them to suit what phase I'm in (bulking or cutting).  Hopefully I answered your question! I'm jumpin around a lot! haha

I hit about 250 - 300g a day! might be much for some people! Whey protein from wal-mart ($15 for a big tub) is my best friend! also chicken, tuna, beef jerky, hard boiled egg whites!  Cottage cheese is excellent protein before bed but like most people I cant stand it!

No problem!!

monday, wednesday, friday! span across the week so it stays pretty constant!

All this is to get your CORE stronger! so you should feel burning in your hips, thighs, back, stomach!  Now I say burning not straining! Do what you can and take breaks if you need them!!

I was hoping bodyscience would jump in here! Looks like I'm on the right track! Protein is about 50%, carbs (complex only, ate early in the day) at 35%, and fats at 25%!  I love that whey protein haha!

nah I dont mind at all...

Most all exerscises consist of 25 reps with no breaks throughout the entire workout session! they are in order too...

Seated Leg Tucks (25 reps) - you can raise your hands straight up to make this harder (same with bicycle)

Seated Bicycle (25)  - keep the chest up like in Seated leg tucks

Reverse Bicycle (25) - same only change directions (peddle backwards)

Crunchy Frog (25) -  similar to seated leg tuck BUT when you legs go out your arms go straight out to your sides, when your legs come in your hands touch over your knees (think about clapping really big!)

Sissors
(25) - laying down, One leg about an inch off the ground, the other straight up in the air... Hold for a full second (the pause is important) then switch

Cross legged sit-up (25) - right hand straight up, left hand behind head, situp and reach skyward, then touch the ground to the left of you (semi-twist).  Switch hands on the way down (left up right behind the head) and twist to the right!  Be sure to keep your hand going up when you situp not forward!

Hip raise
(25) - laying down, put your feet flat together so your hips are opened up.. then lift them till they are vertical and lift your butt off the ground (the distance between your upper and lower legs should stay the same, keep your hips open)

Heel raise (25) - laying down, feet straight up lift your butt off the floor

V-Rollup (25) - legs straight out do a sit up and touch your toes (1), then as you come down lift your legs then crunch (make sure you get your lower back off the floor) (2)

Side leg raise (25) - Do 25 on both sides

Leg Climb (25) - laying down, left leg bent (foot close to your butt) right leg straight up.  you can then climb your leg to touch your toe, one leg at a time 12 reps on each leg... not grabbing your leg to touch your toe makes this a lot harder!

Masson Twists (40) - sitting, legs off the floor in front of you hold your hands together... touch the floor to the right of you, then touch the floor to the left of you when you get back to the right side thats 1.  push hard on this one as its the last one and has great core poteintial to it! make sure you look straight ahead but twist your body so your hands can touch the floor! And keep your feet of the floor!!

do this 3 times a week and you should see some good stuff! let me know if you need more of an explanation!

the one on my chest (its small) is getting covered up by the big one! if you look closely you can still see it there....

keep in mind it is on the opposite side as the picture you are referring to was taken by someone else and the current ones are taken by me in a mirror!

Also you are correct in a sense! its a huge discussion on the best way to lose weight and gain muscle.... well you cant (at the same time anyway)!  You do need a caloric surplus to grow new muscle, so the trick is to lose weight and maintain as much muscle as possible!!  It tough work, and I dont even have it fully down yet!  its the exact reason that competition bodybuilders have and off-season and an on-season!!  You better believe they gain fat during the off season, but they need to gain to build bigger muscles! Then when the on-season comes they drop the fat and try to retain as much as the new muscle they can!

not sure if this explains anything at all! but just thought I'd throw it out there!

sure it is! Weight has a lot of variables; water, muscle, fat, waste, etc...

take my profile pic for an example.... I'm still the same weight on the scale! But I certainly dont have the same body fat%

I would say you are over doing it as well! I used to be the same way... desparate to see some abs! I did a huge amount of crunches and used every ab machine invented everyday! and saw NOTHING from it! 

But once I started my workout routine that only involves abs 3 days a week, well you can see in my profile pic that a month has shown a big improvement!!

yeah my diet was off a bit! Not the amount of calories but the quality of the calories!! I was getting way to many carbs at the end of the day and it was effecting me gains!! But now I'm back on track and starting to cut up nicely!!

well I like to poke my head in here everyonce and awhile!!  Here's the deal you cant let negative experiences get the best of you! ALWAYS look on the bright side!! Here's my example...

I was dating a girl for 3 years.. on the verge of marrying her looking at a house to buy the whole nine yards!  After one day of looking at houses she drops a bomb on me...  Thats right, about a year into our relationship she cheated on me! Not just a one time slip up but multiple times with multiple partners at once!  Aside from the shock I was pissed cause she lied for 2 years about it! and could have given me any number of std's without caring at all!!  for the first week or two I was sick from it and hated women altogether! But then I realized that hey it just wasnt meant to be!  So what if she cheated on me! I'm not going to associate with her anymore and thats that!  Yeah it sucks to lose a companion like that and someone you thought you would marry! But such is life! Now if I kept that anger I'd make a horrible husband for the girl I'm ACTUALLY supposed to be with!  I dont want that I want to treat my wife like a queen and thats not possible with someone elses stupid decision plauging my heart!!

So long story short.... let negative things go! Dont let negativity get the best of you! EVER!

Havent you seen the movie 300? beards are for real men! haha I used to have a full beard but only to hide my fat face!! Nowadays I keep it shaved or do the 5 o'clock shadow look!  Although all my friends are beggin me to grow the bread back! Because everyone knows beards are TOUGH!

The whole point isnt the "Lose Weight" but to be healthy!!!  and live a long happy healthy life!!!  Counting calories goes both ways!! And making sure everyone can be happy with who they are! Thats how I see this site!  500 is way low and yeah I can imagine the moodiness with little fuel for you body!!  Just be healthy and life will be so much better! (is for me anyway!)

Liz - see thats exactly how I view a kiss! I'm old fashioned in the sense that even kissing is a very intimate thing!  I try to keep high integrity, and make sure I dont turn into one of those guys that just she's the next girl as a thing to get my jollies off!  Not to down guys who get a lot of play! Just not my thing is all!  although its been 9 months since I've done anything in the intimate since! Which means its VERY hard to keep my integrity up! haha

John - Eh I guess thats where people differ! Most girls I tell are impressed!  Its not liked I've only kissed 3 times! I know my way around a lady's lips! 

Any ladies want to chime in on this? is it noble or pathetic that I've only kissed 3 girls?

Now for the guys what if we used the Total Gym? it all has to do with body weight right? guys can work the arms whilst the ladies work the legs (tryin to hold on)!  sounds like a plan to me! now where can I find a Total Gym and a girlfriend? haha
