I am in my final year at bristol uni, studying economics. In september I'm moving to edinburgh uni to do a postgrad in politics.
I felt like i was always on a diet, but when i found CC i realised my portions were just too big for my sedentary lifestyle with very erratic gym attendance...
I have been sticking to my recommended 1200 a day, which was hard at first but all the tips and tricks in the forums have helped a lot. I started running 3 times a week, which i love, but after two months i have damaged my hip :( so i need to rest for a week or so. i miss it already, and i miss the tasty treats on run days to keep my cals up!
my goal is to reach 130, which was my lowest weight in my first year of uni. last time i was that thin it was because i was very unhappy and turned to the gym to make me feel better, with very low cals. this time i want to get there slowly and healthily so i can keep it off!
UPDATE: i am on target for my goal of 130, 9st 4lb, on June 16th - the day of Goldney Ball! i will have to buy a new dress as all my old ones are too big now.
Next Goal: 126 lbs, 9st, July 7th - start of holiday in Italy
Long Term Goal: 120lbs, 8st 8lbs, September 1st - moving to Edinburgh
