claudb89: I know the cheek of my Aunt, well unless your a stick you are generally considered fat in Asia.

Just flicking through Japanese magazines they believe under 40kg is healthy for people my size, ridiculous.

In HK, there are advertisements everywhere for beauty products, diet products, diet/slimming clubs etc... It's quite crazy!!

I'm 5'1, 21, 49kg (108lb) and am small framed

I'm pretty much ok with this weight but I would like to get it back down to 45-46kg (99-101lb) like I was in February.

I exercise about twice a week on the treadmill for about 1 hour and I try to eat a min of 1200 but it normally hits 1500 - 2000+ :x

My issue is eating too much, I have this habit of eating every second of the day cos my mouth seems to like moving, but even with this I have kinda been lucky to be stuck between 48-49kg for the past month or so even with the horrific amount of calories I consume on probably most days.

My goal is to go back to Hong Kong and not for my Aunt to call me fat again

Can I join too, Last August I weighed my heaviest at 53kg currently I am down to 49kg but would like to get down to about 44-45kg, some people say that it's not healthy to do this, but I am only 5'1 and small framed.

However, may main goal is t tone up and stop bingeging. Therefore if I look good but weigh a bit more it doesn't matter as long as I feel good and controlled my bingeing habits, which currently I've been doing for the past 2 weeks straight!

I've always had issues with overeating and bingeing but this week has been really bad out of the 7 days 5 days I binged and it's mainly after dinner. But I think the trigger is being tempted by chocolate or sweets, once I have a bite I can't stop eating and go rumaging around the house for food!!

I really need to learn self control esp when it comes to chocs and sweets then I can control my bingeing

I know Tesco, Sainsbury and Morrisons stock Cauldron Tofu and some stock Mori Silken tofu, but if you do have an asian superstore near you, you should be able to find all sorts of tofu products like firm, silken, sheets etc.. some maybe labled as Beancurd as that's what we Chinese call Tofu.

Does the Yoghurt say "Use by" or " Best Before"

if use by then no if best before then maybe, but because it's a dairy product I think you should just toss it away to be on the safe side! xxx
