Spotty at best! but still working out nonetheless. Came back from a half M last weekend. Now getting back into the groove again. Fast and Furious is always good as a jump start.

It's always better when you do it together with someone in the household. Makes accountability stick and meals easier to plan. Keep posting!

So excited! I started INSANITY class at the gym where I work last night. The turn out was great! Everyone was working out HARD! LOL A couple members said they had NEVER EVER sweat like that before. In less than 1 hour no less! HAH! :D  That's Cardio Plyometric for you.  And of course, they love it ;)

Today is a bit outside of the calendar. I lead a group INSANITY workout every Saturday morning with some of my gym buddies. We did Power Resistance and Insane abs today.

Joining us today is a new guy to Insanity. He is much older than us but he is determined! He is an intense guy usually. I guess Insanity is too new to him. I cautioned him to keep it safe all the time and he did. He hung out till the end and will come join us again next Saturday :)

I like my old Polar F6. Calculates my cal burn during workout. It has chest strap and watch to read the data. The rest I usually log it manually into CC or other fitness journal.

Hi gorgeous! Yeah every time it's time to hit max month, I kinda dread it :p the additional 15 min each workout feels like an hour extra! But man it does feel good when you're done. Good luck on finishing the first month!

Then

5 sets (I set up cones approximate 25 yards apart for my two stations)

Heavy Kettlebell squat (10 reps)

sprint to next station (25 yards) 10 overhead medicine ball (I used a 30lb ball) squat slams

walk back to squat station/repeat

90 second break after 5 sets completed

THEN

3 sets

holding 2 kettlebells (25 lb each) walking lunge knee up 20 reps

disk sliding lateral lunge knee up (5 reps each side)

WHEW!!! Thank God that is OVER! :)

Gotta ask. How long was the above workout?
