Yes, your fat is changing to musculus, i appreciate you for you hardwork, cycling 10-35 miles added a big advantage for weightloss for you. You believe or not one of my friend whose weight was 139 kg , doctors said him , if you gain weight likewise then within 6-8 years you will die.., he did weight loss to live...for that he did cycling, followed diet plans which included green vegetables ,, and he lost weight around 40 kg. :-) |
