1. I try to get in a full workout, which consists of about 1hr 30 min.

2. Cardio is only 10 min for me, just for warmup.

3. Yes, everyday.

4. No.

5. Yes, I do heavy weight lifting, so I need tons of equipment.

6. running.

7. bike.

8. music, keeps my intensity up.

9. Usually alone, but sometimes I have a partner for spotting.

10. Turbo Abs.

11. 4-5

12. 360-450.

13. tone and solid.

14. I know that my day will get better.  Don't think about it, just do it.

15. definately pm, I don't have enough time otherwise.

Not All Processed Foods Are Created Equal
Fact: a diet containing whole, fresh fruits and vegetables is one of the best for a healthy mind and body. Although true, it can be hard to keep food fresh at home for longer periods of time, and if you have no time to shop every few days, boxed and canned foods become appealing. We often hear about heavily processed frozen dinners and processed foods worth avoiding, but there are minimally processed foods that do pack a lot of nutrition and may be worth having in the fridge or cupboard.
