Bad beck I was looking yesterday for calories for this type of bread (the type all the grocery stores sell in the bakery) I ended up just estimating the amount of butter they used it came to like 3 tbsp for two sliced pieces... plus french bread I weighed it before i cooked it...
It wasnt completely accurate but hopefully it was alittle closer than the other ones... |

Speaking of really annoying pants sizes, how about Guess Jeans?
I was there today and I'm a size six normally, so one would think that equals=28, right?...nope I was anywhere from a 25 to a 28 and every single one of their pants fit differently... very frusterating! |

...Turkey with butter on it when i was younger because I decided it tasted like crab
...I when I eat pizza I only will eat hawaiian and I have to eat the pineapple first, then the ham, then the cheese, then i lick of all the sauce then when i finally make it to the dough i will only eat it if I have cheese dip. ...my sister eats frozen corn right out of the package and frozen french fries right out of the package. I know its weird... |

Hi Girls,
I'm 5'8 and right now I weigh around 149. I hope to lose another 15 pounds as I would be classed as underweight at anything below that. The last 15 or so are so hard though...especially with easter chocolate hanging around the house (Ahh!). Luckily I have a pretty physically demanding job. Good luck with your weight loss ladies. |

Well I'm 5' 7 1/2" (being not quite 5'8" is better than actually being that height) and I can definitly say I wish i was about 5'2".
When your short; clothes come in smaller sizes... even if you are alittle bit chubby you're still smaller in stature than a taller 'chubby' person. You dont feel like an amazon when in a crowd. When your tall...your always a size medium...monkey arms often come with height ( I can atest to this fact). Heel make you feel ridiculous....etc etc. Point being, the grass is always greener on the other side and I know where your coming from. |

I just recently got food poisoning and went from 157 to 153 from one day to the next....(water weight because I was terribly dehydrated). Then when I could finally drink fluids without them going right through me or coming right up....I gained back 6 pounds (up to 159) This was totally all water weight in the end and came off quickly. My body just really was dehydated so it held onto the water for awhile longer than normal.
It sounds like your body is just being cautious and making sure you dont get dehydrated!! Feel better soon. |

Within the last three months I have lost 26 pounds with the help of the Slim Fast Optima products.
I think that they're fabulous. I dont necessarily follow the plan...I usually have a shake at breakfast, some low cal yogurt and a Optima bar for a snack, then a light lunch (A big Salad or Weight Watchers Smart Ones microwave dinner if I'm at work), The for dinner I make lots of fun vegetables and some protein. I have never felt so full all day and lost weight so easily as with the Slim Fast Optima products....I LOVE them!! |

| I certainly am not an expert. I do however work in a hospital and I know that sometimes our heart rate monitors are inaccurate if a person has any type of arrythmia. I have one myself and the heart rate monitors at the gym almost always give me a way higher reading. Just an idea though...it sounds like you probubaly already explored these avenues. | |||
