Bio

Hi! My name is Tara. I am from right outside of Atlantic City, NJ. I am a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Besides working in the fitness industry, I am a 7th Grade School teacher. I love to workout but due to my extreamely busy schedule I don't have the time I would like to dedicate to my own health. :(

I am certified with AAAi/ISMA and Pilates Institute of America. I am working on my ACE certification. Due to the demands of my teaching job I am only training one client at this time. 

I love Calorie-count.com. I have been on it since March 07, I am obsessed with it now. (But took a break from Aug.-April 07) I tell all my clients about it. I think it is a wonderful way to keep track of your health.

Even though I am a personal trainer I struggle with my weight as well. My goal is to get down to 128lbs one day. I was there in May of 2006, but I got off track and gained it back. I am currently at 157lbs and HATING my body. I know what to do I just have to do it... and I know I will.
