Hey like i said im here cause i wanna drop some weight. But im also interested in nutrition and fitness. I've also been struggling with an ED for the past 5years so im trying to deal with that. I have found this site really helpful so far. N e ways so ya i basically just want to get in shape and be ready for whatever life throws at me. :)
