Breakfast: 1 cup porridge w/ 2 tbsp pb and a tsp of sugar, cup of soy milk (530)

Snack: thick slice of banana chocolate chip bread, tsp margarine, apple (400)

Lunch: leftover chicken quesedilla, a banana, apple juice box (450)

Snack: half a pb, banana sandwich, chocolate chip granola bar, hot chocolate (560)

Dinner: 2 fettuccini chicken wraps, piece of garlic cheese bread, cup of soy milk (600)

Snack: 1 Cup Haagan-Dazs vanilla swiss almond ice cream (620)  

Total: 3160 :)

Yesterday

Breakfast: 2 slices ww toast w. 2 tbsp pb and 2 tbsp honey, a banana, tea (610)

Snack: a fruit and nut bar (190)

Lunch: Can of zoodles, lays lightly salted chips, grapes, apple juice box (540)

Snack: pint of ben and jerry's new york fudge chunk ice cream (1240) 

Dinner: Orange chicken over a bed a white rice with loads of steamed veggies mixed in, cup of soy milk. (400) 

Snack: Strawberry ensure, an english muffin with 2 tbsp strawberry jam (480)

Total= 3460 :)

@lily_rose: haha no worries, I was just talking outwardly :PP Thanks, it was fun! The only bad part was that they made all of the programs sound interesting so now I'm back to square one on deciding what I want to be D:.

 

Breakfast: 2 Chocolate-almond criossants spread with ~2 tbsp nutella, cup of vanilla soy milk (~800)

Snack: An apple, 2 tbsp pb (270)

Lunch: Chicken fajita, kinder surprise egg, iced tea (600)

Snack: Oats and chocolate fibre one bar, chocolate pudding cup (260)

Dinner: Chinese Food! large portion of chow mein, 3 chicken balls w/ red sauce, couple spoonfuls of chicken fried rice, a fortune cookie, 1 cup soy milk (840)

Snack: An english muffin, 2 tbsp pb, 3 tbsp marshmallow fluff (410)

Eventful day today, went to the open house for the uni I'm hoping to attend next fall. Ahh

Breakfast: 4 chocolate chip eggo waffles, pat of butter, 1/4 cup corn syrup, banana, caramel latte (650)

Snack: Chocolate almond coconut Mojo bar, apple (300)

Lunch: Grilled chicken burger, small bag of doritos, Strawberries Gone Wild smoothie (670)

Snack: Boston cream donut from Tim's (250)

Dinner: Grilled cheese sandwich, lots of fries, cup of soy milk (600)  

Snack: 1 cup Haagan-Dazs chocolate peanut butter ice cream (680)

@xmusicx1: Your metabolism is probably slow, but you should still increase to at least 2500. :)

Breakfast: 1/2 cup instant oats made with milk, 2 tbsp pb, banana (500)

Snack: mars bar, apple juice box (340)

Lunch: chicken caesar wrap, strawberry nutrigrain bar, cup of soy milk (580)

Snack: 1 cup greek yogurt, 2 tbsp honey, 1/2 cup granola (490)

Dinner: Sweet and sour chicken over white rice and mixed veggies, butter pecan ensure (550)

Snack: 4 coconut cream cookies, 1/2 cup ben and jerry's caramel hat rick ice cream (620)

Breakfast: Bagel w/ ~2 tbsp strawberry cream cheese, cup of soy milk, apple (500)

Snack: Rice krispie square, banana, 2 tbsp pb (380)

Lunch: Chicken Shwarma, ~3/4 vanilla greek yogurt, 1/3 cup granola, vanilla latte (640)

Snack: 1 cup Ben and Jerry's Oh Cone-ada ice cream- yum (580)

Dinner: Gourmet Steamer's General Tso's spicy chicken meal, cup of chocolate soy milk (540)

Snack: 1/2 a pb and banana sandwich, 2 golden oreos, grapes (480)

@Strawberrylacesxo- Nooo you're definitely not eating too much fat, your body NEEDS all the energy it can get to repair the damage done by restricting. Also, it's normal to eat 'a lot' (though you are in no way eating 'too much'. Given your stats I think you are doing amazing and should keep it up!) upon starting recovery because you're finally allowing yourself everything you deprived yourself of for a long time, and your body is excited about it. I believe it's called 'reactive eating'. The tightness you're feeling is most likely from bloating and will go down after a few days time. My advice would be to try to not think about it too much and just enjoy all of the yummy food and focus on all of the positives of getting better. :)

Snack: 1 cup Haagan Dazs caramel cone explosion ice cream (660)

Breakfast: 2 slices cinnamon raisin toast w/ ~2.5 tbsp nutella, cup of vanilla soy milk. (610)

Snack: apple with ~2 tbsp pb (300)

Lunch: left over stir-fry, activia yogurt, 1/2 cup granola, 1.5 tbsp honey (~600)

Snack: WW english muffin w/ 2 tbsp strawberry jam, iogo nomad yogurt drink.  (450)

Dinner: Taco Bell chicken burrito, chips and guacamole, diet coke (740)
