I am having the same problem.  I'm actually calling the doctor today.  I have increased my fiber, alot.  I had been on Miralax in the past.  So I tried it again, but it did not help.  I have tried prune juice, and other products.  Now keep in mind I am a lady, and when my gas grosses out my husband, something has got to go.  He thinks maybe the broccoli and cauliflower may not agree with me.

I am with you, this bites!  Let me know how you are doing.

energygirl, thanxs for the good news.  I'm a D and want smaller boobs.  I was just telling my husband this afternoon, I couldn't wait to loose my breasts.  He didn't share the same feelings.  Thank goodness they are not his decision.

Welcome!  Logging your food is extremly important.  If you have a favorite recipe you can put the recipe in and it will calculate the calories for you.  I tried eating 1200 calories,  The web site recommended 1750.  I shut down my metabolism.  I did not lose weight for 3 weeks.  This web site works and it is a safe way to loose weight.  On Jan 1 I quit smoking and started dieting.  This web site gave me something else to do to fill the void of not smoking.  Every tool you need is right here.  Enjoy!  Good luck!

I lost the first week, lost nothing for two weeks, 1 lb last.  I stay at 1200.  I was told the body will do what the body wants to do.  Good luck!

I wish I was where I need to be. I am 5'5 and weigh 187. The only exercising I can do is walking. At work I walk 10 hrs a day. I had back surgery 10 months ago so major exerising is out. Thank you for your responses.

I totally understand, I am addicted to ice cream.  I had to stop eating ice cream because I would eat a huge bowl every night.  The withdrawls were the worst.  I craved it.  My weight gain was because of ice cream.  I have not had ice cream in three months.  Good luck!

I was having a really bad chocolate craving, I came up with the perfect recipe.

In a bowl I put 100 calorie oreo cookies.  Cut up bananas, fat free chocolate pudding and 1 serving of frozen chocolate cool whip.  310 calories.  Awesome! enjoy

Welcome!  I lost 4 lbs the first week.  It works and I am eating from all the food groups.  I'm here for the long haul of 50lbs. Good luck

rogyn24- last night I was at the grocery store to make my family, key word family cheeseburgers and baked french fries.  As I was getting the meat I could taste the cheeseburgers, my mouth was watering.  When I got home the first thing I did was look up the grade for the meal on my new best friend. (calorie count)  I could eat it!!!!  I had enough calores left over to eat the sandwich and have 20 baked french fries.  I thought I had just won the lottery.

The reason we are on this site is more than likely not what we ate, but how much.  I couldn't just eat 1 cup of ice cream I ate the whole carton! not really but close.

I've also found that now it takes me forever to eat.  By the time I'm done with my plate I don't want seconds, because 1 I'm full and 2 the seconds are cold.

My husband is the same way, but He is not healthy.  I cook the food, he gets it healthy now.  Case closed.  However he loves some of my healthy food.  so do my children.

We crave the fat and grease. Together we can lose the weight.
