ye im sure and i thought water weight but it is actually flabby like fat so i am confused !!! i cant be bothered to exercise but no i should to be healthy as i got stopped before but nowi feel lazy and cant be bothered :(( |

anna what bmi are u now if ur below 21 then why u worrying u got a whole up to 25 to still be healthy :/ remember to recover u need to be 21+ BMI :DDD |

my lowest bmi was like urs and now im bmi of 20/21 and this is all within 1 and a half months, just eat and eat and eat and u will gain weight fast, this is what u want isnt it :/

whats my ideal weight :))) i am 4ft 11 and i am 17 :)
atm i weigh 102/3 lbs
i need some help i have a HUGGGGEE belly, been told i look pregnant/african child and freaky as im thin on legs :(( what can i do to lose my belly/tone it up !!! |

i like pokemon :)))) <3<3 trigger(dont no if it will but scared :/) i weigh 7 stone 4 and i am 4ft 11 so my bmi is like 20 :) yes im fine about this except that i have no muscle in arm and i have a huge belly( HUGGGEEE!!) i have been called pregnant and african child, does anyone else have big pregnant belly :(( if i hav etriggered sorry i have posted in H&S but i knew recovered ana were here so thats why i posted here too :)) |

4ft 11 :( hate being small grow grow age-17 today weight- 7 stone 4 :/ GW- 6 stone 11-13 or higher but be more toned and muscular :)))
any one got ideas for diet plan and exercises to tone my flabby belly welly :))) |

I also walk 2-3 miles a day pushing a pushchair - often up hill, with a huge load of shopping on board, and it really amounts to quite a work-out on it's own!!
Dansmum i thought u had anorexia so u shudnt be walking that distance anyway, u shud get a car :/ walking hinders recovery and unless ur bmi 20+ you shouldn't be doing ANY form of exercise !! I appologise in advance if this is the case and u are bmi 20 already :)) |

| I am recovered :)) But I do look pregnant as i have skinny arms and legs but big belly :( It isn't bloating as I had that in recovery, it is flabby and fat, all I want to do is tone up properly that's why I posted :) | |||

drink calories :) you need Breakfast-500 Snack-300 Lunch-500 Snack-300 Dinner-600( if you cant get meal like this then have dessert) Snack-300 2500
B - 25g shreddies (90), 1/2 banana (60), 200ml sweetened soya milk (80), tsp honey (15) -have yoghurt mushed with a higher cal cereal(eg musli/clusters or porridge) and whole bannana mushed up :DD S - Strawberry soya yoghurt (110) -have granola/high cal cereal with you yoghurt and some high cal fruit :) L - Large slice of wholemeal bread (100), 1/2 avocado (150), spoon of PB and spoon of humous (100), quorn pieces (50), cucumber and tomato slices (35), cherries (70)- 2 slices of bread, whole avacado mushed up, 2 tbsp of pb and hummous S - 200ml prune juice (150) make this a smoothie D - Linda Mc Cartney vegetarian country pie with gravy (440) with mixed veg (40) add mash potato too Dessert - small slice iced lemon cake (150) with alpro soya custard (100) lsarge slice nof cake S - Ensure plus strawberry (330) S - 1/2 tin prunes in juice (150) and small bag of milky way magic stars (70) full tin of fruit in syrup and big bar/bag of choc make smoothie in 2l or milk bottle and drink thoughout the day, never drink water unless its diluting squash :DD add cheese and oil to all foods, always cook in oil, add cheese to sandwich at lunch or to dinner, have cheesy pastas :DD

just because u dont exercise it doesnt mean u dont have an ED there are various types of ED many anorexics are so underweight they cant exercise yet they are still anorexic as they restrcits there cals !! eat 3000+ a day and regain to a BMI of 21 otherwise u are likely to lose again and become anorexic and also get help from docs about ur disordered thinking |

what areu eating now on a normal day post it as it needs to be 3000+, but as ur an athelete probs more like 4000 if your stil working out :) if its not post and people will help u increase to this level :) |
