I'm a 46 year old woman who wants to be a more active participant in my own life.  I long to emerge from my cozy cacoon on the couch, into the sunlit, active life that I dream about.

Ok that was a little deep.  Truth is I'm mostly happy, just want to live life instead of watching it on TV.

Getting fit is just a means to that end.  Can't get out there and live much, if I'm out of breath by the time I get to the end of the driveway.
