In 2008, with the help of Calorie Count, I went from 175lbs to 119lbs. Sadly, I never got to my ultimate goal of 110lbs, which would have been perfect for my 5 feet 1 frame.
Fast forward 2012, I just got married and I have put back on a lot of what I lost (not because of the marriage though!) simply because of my relapse of eating indiscriminately and having moved to the States where a whole new world of unhealthy food was at arm's reach. I bloated right back up to 151lbs but something had to be done.
So, I'm watching calories again and going to the gym once again. Hopefully this time I'll go all the way to 110lbs as I originally planned to.
Weight loss this time is ridiculously slow, compared to my previous attempt in 2008 where the weight melted away pretty quickly. I'm not sure why, but I'm not giving up despite being very frustrated most of the time. Will update this as I move along. :)
