Navigate the metro, found the place in the rain, wait for the apartment to be ready, I got about 2-3 hours of sleep. It's nap time then -- walking around!! Woof.

yep... just hoping I don't tumble down the stairs... ;)

 

I've been miserable the last week..... hoping it's allergies/lack of gym.  But until I can find that small bit of motivation to GET to the gym, everything seems grim.  

I can't wait to be on the same coast as you guys :D  I'm planning a trip to Calgary for Stampede in 2014 (assuming I have money.. ever..).  I'd better get to see you!!!

Somedays I only come in so I can get to the gym (it's closer here) or I tell myself it'll be worth it for lunch, or something. *sigh*

I gained so much weight on Amitryptaline.

 

but do NOT just stop.  Just stopping is what caused me SERIOUS health issues.  You don't think it will, but it very well could.

 

PLEEEAAASE talk to your doctor -- your weight is not worth sacrificing your HEALTH over.

I bet he's just so Irish he's *over* potatoes.  like.. ENOUGH!   Surprised

 

 

I on the other hand succeeded at mashed potatoes last night and that was about it.  I stood by the stove for almost a half hour with it off..... but gas line open... because I forgot R's stove has a lighter (mine you just turn up and it lights).  

The whole house reeked and the pork didn't cook.  *facepalm*

I'm totally in to try it.  I went yesterday to get a bagel and egg sandwich, and realized I could have made it at home (I actually grocery shopped for once!) for like 200 less cals.  rughsdfgsdhgf.
