I lost weight over the summer, but couldn't keep it up. So, now I'm basically back to square one. I'm not going to let myself get back to that 200, or even to 195. My first goal is to hit 172. It might seem like a weird number (28 lbs from my start weight) but to me it isn't. At 172 I will be at the weight I was when I started college. It was when I was struggling to fit into a junior's 11, but could. I also want to make it there before New Years. On January 2nd I'm going to visit my parents, who I haven't seen since August. I'd love to be thinner, and fitter by then.
