I am 23 years old and Im trying to figure out what life is all about.  I love playing soccer and any water sports.  I love football and try to go to every San Diego Charger game I can.  I have the best dog in the world, Tank, who is my best friend. 

Im already in good shape but I really want to get as lean as possible.  I want to lower my body fat while maintaining muscle.  If possible I would like to gain more muscle but it is very difficult while dieting. 

I would love to meet some new people to motivate, support each other and help pass the time while we get closer to our goals!
