Bio
I am quite dedicated to the gym, however have problems determining how to eat right for my lifestyle and health issues.  I have always struggled with my weight and can fluxuate quite rapidly.  I am getting married next year and really would like to lose between 20 and 30 pounds and keep it off.  So, iam learning to make lifestyle changes rather than "diet". Hope it works!
