Hi my name is Trista, I'm 23 and a mother of three.  I am a stay at home mom (more like a road runner mom between sports,volunteering at the school, and Daisy girl scouts).  I love my job though.  Now it's time for me to take some time for me and try to look like a 23 year old while still keeping everyone else happy.  LOL!  I hope! 

When I started here at calorie counter I weighed 170lbs and two weeks later I am now 163 lbs! Yeah me. My first goal I hope to get to is 150lbs. That is 5 lbs smaller than my high school weight.

My plan is to stay right at 1800 calories a day (and would be less, but I'm lactating) and to exercise 4 days a week.  So far the calorie counting is going great.  I really like it.  The exercising needs some work though.  I've only been doing 2 days a weeks, but it's a start.

A couple of you have added me as a friend and I really appreciate it.  It's nice to have people there as resources when I need motivation.  So thank you!  Wish me luck!
