I finally decided to lose some weight in June of 05. I hit the scale at 258 pounds one day and decided enough was enough. My back was always sore, I would sweat and get winded when ever I would do anything. I cut out soda every day, eating fast food for lunch, getting 1-2 brownies from the vending machine at work every day, etc..... My goal was 225 pounds. When I hit that weight, I decided to drop down to 200 pounds. When I hit 200 pounds, I just decided to eat resonable amounts of food and exercise. I am currently at 175 pounds, with a goal weight of 165.  I would like to have that weight in check by Labor Day. 
Interests 5: 4-wheeling, hunting & fishing, motorcycle riding, snowmobiling, working on the cottage
