Where do you go to school at? I'm a freshman at West Virginia University and joined the Women's Rugbe team here! It's great fun and a good work out too! I'm usually sore the day after a tough practice but I had fun the whole time I was doing it and actually enjoy being sore knowing that I really worked my body and am toning up! |

I haven't forgotten to weigh-in... we just don't have a scale in our dorm yet. But that'll all be changed by next monday! So I'm still here just not sure of the official weight till next week =) So, who has picked out their halloween costumes already? |

EAT BANANAS! Yes, that's right. Potassium has been proven to be a relief of cramps in general. One banana contains 450 to 470 mg of potassium. If you eat a banana a day, the cramps go away! Corny but true. Hope that helps! |
