I am 45 years old and married, I have a dog, who is spoiled ROTTEN and as you've probably read by now we've just moved.

I've spent most of my adult life on diets, it seems as though I gained weight after I had my first child and it waited around until the birth of my second one.

Depression runs ramped through my family along with trying to loose weight. I plan to make this work this time because I've learned that it's not about loosing the weight as much as it has to do with being healthy. I'm trying to think healthy, loosing the weight just happens to be a very beautiful benefit I'm doing this different this time, I mean I don't know if anyone knows what I'm saying but, when I eat whether it's something I should or should not be eating, I'm constantly aware of what goes in my mouth, and I know when it's time to say ok, enough is enough, and it's so much easier to pull away.

I'm determined to do this right, I have a determination that I haven't had before and along my journey, I hope I can encourage someone else. as well as being encouraged by some of you.
