About

Bio

Athletics are my passion. I grew up a serious athlete and only realized just how much I loved it when I was forced to take a break in college due to injury isues.  I live and breathe my dreams of becoming an elite runner.  When I'm not training, I'm planning how I'm going to get to where I want to be!  This includes not only the physical training, but the nutrition and lifestyle I need to back up my big goals.

Currently I am hoping to gain a solid 10-15lbs that I feel will make me a lean an strong runner rather than a scrawny breakable one.  I also want to get my overall caloric intake up to best fuel my training so I can get the most out of the demands I put on my body.  Additionally, I would like to have the quality and balance in my diet that supports my best performance--in life and my training.

I am also a fitness and nutrition professional with a B.S. in health and wellness/exercise science and certification by the America College of Sports Medicine for personal training [fitness and nutrition].  I do personal training, coaching and counseling, and have recently started working in the hospital's Department of Nutrition.

I'm a brute when it comes to my goals and dreams, but I have a soft heart and sweet demeanor.  I love to laugh, cuddle, and have stupid fun.  My friends mean the world to me and I can't imagine a real life without relationships.
