If it is allowed to havenativity scene on the premise, then I don't see why the other side can't have their sign either. In general I vote B. UD |

Original Post by giasbash6260: Whole Foods are the biggest scammers on earth. Free range chicken comes to mind. lol Anyway to your question. The key question to ask is what they are feeding those salmon? If it's corn, well food stuff made from processed corn, then I would say no. UD |

Original Post by thhq: They are. I used to be addicted to that place. I didn't go for their prepared salads, but made my own. For seasoning I used soy sauce and shreded eggs on top. I was addicted to chocolate mousse mixed with frozen yogurt. I am not a big fan of their blueberry muffins, but the banana top ones are awesome. I also like their baked potatoes. UD |

Original Post by taranimator: Unfortunately riding that many miles, or more, does not give a free ride when it comes to calories. It is still possible to gain weight. Trust me on this one. :( Tahini + honey + cocoa powder on toast is a devils combination. UD |

Only people who recommend protein powder for weight loss are the people who either sell it, or fell for the sales pitch from the people who sell it. lol UD |

allyferr brings up a good point. A lunch is an opportunity to socialize, so if you are invited I would highly recommend going. At least in the beginning. Another tip is if people start asking about your food choices don't go in to "oh it's healthy", "I am on a diet", etc. Keep it simple and short something like "I like to cook". For example most of my lunches are vegetrian. When co-workers asked about it, I just said I don't like to heat up meat in the microwave. Instead of going in to health issues related to consuming too much meat, etc. They got their answer, I didn't look like a health nut (people don't really like that either). UD

I got 2010 Mazda3 5-door automatic. I love that car. Not as much as my motorcycle, but makes driving more tolerable. :) |

There are none-paid internships? Anyway when I did internships I always brought my own lunch. Cafeteria food is expensive and sucks. It's not that big of a deal. UD |

Umm all pasta has the same calories. Unless you go for some weird ones that use tofu or something.... Although I wouldn't call that one pasta. UD |

Original Post by safina1: Well Going to spent a day, today, in Bangkok just vegging out. I already saw pretty much all there is to see last time so now I am just going to relax and enjoy street food. Mmm grilled calamari in hot sauce! Then a night train to Surat Thani, a day there, and on to Khao Sok National park for a few days of hiking, rafting and swiming. :) To finish it all off a couple days in Phutek, and a day in Krabi before flying back. Oh a tip for anyone flying to Bangkok. Unless your hotel is like in a bunnies or something don't take the public taxi. It's a freaken ripp off. You can take an express bus for 150baht, there are few routes that cover major areas of Bangkok, or connect to the sky train or subway. Actually as a general rule, always negotiate. UD |

The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
