I am trying to lose 35 -40 pounds before getting pregnant. It has been a struggle for me to lose the excess weight that I have gained over the last 5 years (my lack of commitment). It is my desire to be pregnant by next February (I hope this is not an impossible goal). My husband has been very supportive in my million attempts to lose the weight. One of my biggest problems is that I don’t eat, or if I do it is usually late in the evening.
I will be joining the gym tomorrow. Any tips you can offer I would greatly appreciate it.
