Isn't great!!! I make it all the time! Even for dinner! I use the same cheese too! Lately I've been loading it with turkey sausage, raw spinach, red peppers, onions and tomatos!
Do you use Pam or Oil when making your omelet? |

| I have that problem. It's horrible. I have lost and gained so much in that past couple of years! It cannot POSSIBLY be good for me! Once I'm into it, I'm into it HARD! I feel great, sleep great, look great! Once I stop...it's ALL over and it takes all my might to get back into it! We just need to stay motivated 24/7! Like barussell4 said "NO EXCUSES"! | |||

| Acrylic nails can only be a breeding ground for germs and bacteria if they are not done right. Nail Techs should be using sanitizers for the nails as well as on their impliments. Acrylic, Solar, Fiberglass, Gel nails are not for everyone. If you have oily nail beds the product will not adheve and will start lifting off the nail bed within a couple of days...which will cause moisture to get in bewteen the nail bed and product causing bacteria/fungus.&nb sp;That's why health care workers and food service workers can't wear them. I highly recommend Solar Nails. No lifting, and much stronger than any other product out there right now...and they don't have to be thick. And if you've never had them, start off with a short set. If you never had nails and get these long nails that you are not use too you will have problems such as banging which will cause cracking and breaking. I also recommnend a Nail Tech that does not use a drill. I think the drills are damaging to the natural nail if used wrong. Try to use someone that uses a regular hand file. | |||

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
