I guess I should write a little something here about my weight and goals.

I'm 26, 5"10 and started at 255lbs before I finally said this is enough! I've been chunky pretty much most of my life, but once I graduated high school at 200 lbs, i flew on by to 255 really easy.. beer, food, beer, food, and more beer!!! wooo..

One day my best friend called me and said, lets join the gym tonight!! I had nothing to do and I've always complained about my weight and he had some weight issues himself so we went.. It was about a week before Christmas 2008.. so a little gift for ourselves lol.. not long after that i found this website to keep track of my calories.. from what i used to eat to what i eat now.. which actually to my surprise wasn't that bad except for the beer and late night fast food cravings.

All I had to do was exercise and lay off the beer and drink hard liquor instead  which is a tad better for me because it would take a ton of beer for me to get drunk lol...

Anyways.. Now I'm at 230 after 6 months which isn't bad since I've been doing weight training like i did in high school and elliptical trainer which is awesome! Better than treadmill running which hurt my knees. I'm trying to get at 200 again and hopefully lower.. like maybe 185! 6 more months maybe? Lets see!
