Hi. My name is Mike. I am an independent Team Beachbody coach as well as an entrepreneur. I have an ebay store on top of being involved in the health and fitness business. I am also a waiter but not for much longer. I am a former smoker and as a result have COPD. This caused other health issues as well which led me to doing what I do. Now I am giving back and sharing what I have learned and accomplished while helping other people get healthy.
