I embrace them. Since most people dont really do research at all and (ahem un-edu-ma-cated) LOL. Some people think its cheating. What a load of dog doo. We manipulate our calories, food intake (vitimans and minerals) and this comes up? lol I guess no one drinsk coffee or tea. Caffeine is all over the place so is egcg. Its just funny how people draw their lines. I personaly encourage it (with education of course. its funny where bio class comes into play here after a few years of thinking its crap). To dm84: thats a retarded comment. Anything is dangerous to you in mass quantity. You dont think 100% pure oxgyen is toxicating? lol Too much of anything is bad. Most people can lose weight without them...not as fast, not as effective, no help, and not much help on retaining lean body mass (as you said yourself, being in a deficit canabalize your own muscles thats why you lost alot, bad way of doing it. Now it will take a few years to rebuild depending on how much you lost in muscle mass). WIth the right suppliments, things could be different. On Ephedra: (if your not using the ECA/ystack then yea, read the lable) Its the over all amount and your personal reaction to it. Its been on the market for before and after the ban in HCL form [btw, the ban was lifted since FDA had inconclusive evidence or whatnot]. Dose should be in gradual increments and not taken all at once. People die because they dont know what their doing... that include ODing on other things besides this. Muslce Vs fat weight. LOL comon...who cares. Its just a number. Muslcle for one can expand (the pump!!) to a greater degree. Its volume your thinking of to use to find what weights more. |

its about the numbers (to some extent). once you reach your goal, you'll see. As for the reason why you dont see it much is... you see yourself all the time, harder to realize your loosing then from someone who has hardly seen you. ALso your initial weight is big there. No worries. being depressed does nothing for your weight. So smile and go workout. |

| it depends on your sleep pattern. most of the time its dont eat 4 hours before bed. If you do, just drink a protien shake :P (carbs is another story...) | |||

I disagree. There's plenty that works. Ill explain at the bottom of the page. There's alot of diet pills out there. Of coures none of these will show good results with out a proper diet. But if you have the proper diet, it does help. [we're all different so there's no "one" pill that will affect you the same as to another. Its not magic, its science.] Most common: There's thermos (heats your core body temp) mostly based on caffeine/egcg [aka hydroxycut, xenedrine, stacker, etc.] {{warning: thermos...no heart condition lol, discrection is advise}} Appitite Suppres: Many kinds... that block fat (reminds you of something...ahem alli) carbs... or make you less hungry all together (hoodia and some others). Go here to read more, read some reviews, whats in the pills and what the effects/side effects are. http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/ PS. One thing though, some may work for others but not for you. Its a trial and error thing unforunately since we have different body types and different reactions to certain drugs. As for dose, always go half and slowly build up to see the side affects. Also if your using thermos check your blood pressure and heart rate. Abuse and not knowing your body is why ppl mess up. PM me if you got any other questions. |

one way to take advantage of the low carb benifit is to cycle them during the week. You have your high carb days, medium days, and your low carb days. Also no two days that are the same. So you can do a... High/med/low High/med/low etc. On medium + low add more protien/goodfats in it. |

oat meal + tuna/or egg whites lol of course you know the whole grain/fiber thing with carbs and lean meats like chicken. You can even chop chicken breast up and put them in little bags, freeze them (cooked or uncooked) and when you need put in the microwave. My friend does this also. Fiberous carbs cereal , throw in a cup or two of protien powder with some penuts (non salt non anythign just plain). as for your bf: tell him to stop messing around. if he dont know how to cook, then learn to. thats how it is. |

yea, went through a breakup myself. everything falls apart after two years because: out of the lovey dovey stage. Into real relationship "i have to deal with your shit" stage. If you dont accept the other person with all their fault and flaws (without all the blind love), vise versa and learn to compromise, work to gether for common goal [of course there's more stuff too], its over. how do you survive?? lol has something to do with your metab. as for your weight loss, i dont know how much under/over weight you are... if your big, and need to loose alot, pounds come off quicker then when your near your ideal body fat %. |

woman add 10% more. lol clean bulk :D that is always nice. you can do cardio after your weight session to burn more fat (harder also!). 12-14? That sucks lol to see visible abs... its like 10% ;/ at least for the mag covers anyways :P |

I was for this important trip but things (like always) never pan out the way you plan it lol. As fate my have it, another trip came up so its all good.
