Hi, I used to have that very same problem until I started eating unsalted sunflower seeds and a varitey of nuts, no more problems since. I have a 1/4 cup with my cereal and as a snack and on salads. You can still have your water and fibers but out of every other thing I've tried, the nuts and seeds worked best for me. Give it a try for a week and see the difference, I swear by this. |
