Ate too much this weekend.  My weight fluctuated all over the place.  Now I'm back up two pounds that I had lost.    I need to find more active activities.  I do the Wii Fit and Active, but almost everything else I do requires me to sit.  It's very frustrating.  On a brighter note, I made lasagna last night and it was only 246 calories a serving, even with all the yummy stuff I put in it.

We decided to get Greek take out last night, which could be a recipe for disaster.  But the restaurant is only half a mile away so we decide to walk the dogs over there.  Yea exercise!  Still managed to only go over 2 calories with the Greek food.

I'll be your buddy and motivator if you'll all help too.  I lost 18 pounds with CC about a year and a half ago, from 166 to 148.  I'm currently at 152 trying to get down to 130.  I need all the help and motivation I can get, but I also love helping to motivate others (I'm a teacher, it's in my blood)!

So last year I lost 18 pounds between July and Novemeber and managed to keep it off most of the year.  As a teacher I'm up and about all day and last summer I was working at a day camp so I was also pretty active.  This year I have very little to do, but I joined a gym to stay motivated and take classes at least 4 times a week, plus weights for toning and the exercise bike for more cardio.  I'm up  5 pounds and I'm not losing inches because my clothes are starting to fit tighter.  Does anyone have any ideas for what I can do during the day so that I'm not just sitting around?  Oh yeah, one more thing, I'm getting married in December so I'd love to be down in the 130's by September or so.  Thanks.

Still fluctuating in the 148-149 range.

I'm the same way.  I just go back and forth between these two weights.  I can't get below 148.

Just discovered tonight that Thai food is not that bad in calories.  At least, not the recipes I found online.  Hopefully, they're somewhat close to the calories in the restaurant versions.

Susiecue, good to see you too.  I'm just getting back into my exercise routine.  I'm going to try the routine the DVD I got tells me to do, so hopefully that will help with results.  I actually didn't gain any weight over the holidays because we went hiking about 4 times.  I guess I should do that more often.  Is it warm enough for you to bike ride yet?  I'm not sure where you are.  Right now, it's gorgeous here in the Mesa, AZ area.

My other group kind of fizzled out and it really helps when I have support.  I started on this site in July at 166.  I'm currently at 148-149 and trying to get down to 135 by my birthday at the end of May.  I've been at my current weight since November and haven't been able to get any lower.  Any tips?

I am back also.  I got up and worked out this morning and logged everything.  I need to get back to my routine now that my schedule is less hectic.  Of course, it's going to be hectic again in a few months, but I'll deal.  The fact that I'm still down 17 pounds from where I started, even through the holidays, is good by me.

I stayed at 149.5 for most of break because we did a lot of hiking and biking (gotta love Phoenix winter weather of 75 degrees).  But I went up to 151 the last 3 days due to a great amount of inactivity.  I have adjusted my goal from 146 to 135.  I had wanted to lose more weight after I reached my goal, but since I was only 2 pounds off at my lightest, I decided to go for the lighter goal again.  I'm back on a regular schedule for awhile so I have no excuses.

But, I have had great success in finding smaller clothes that fit me.  I love it.  10's are actually getting to be big on me.  Love it!

Wow, I haven't been on in two weeks and neither has anyone else.  I guess the holidays are hitting everyone hard.

I still haven't gotten down to my goal of 146.  The closest I've been is 148.  The boyfriend and I went to Sedona this weekend and ate way too much.  I was hoping with all the biking and hiking we did that would make up for it, but I gained two pounds instead.  Back up over the dreaded 150.  Gotta get that back down.  My new goal date is the end of the year, which may not work with the holidays.  I also haven't kept up logging my calories in two weeks, so I need to get back to strict calorie counting.

Hope everyone else is doing well and having good holidays.

I was back to 150 this past Friday.  I've been eating horribly and haven't been counting my calories at all.  I really need to get back on track.  I used to be so vigilant about this.  Still got my trip to Sedona though, even though I didn't lose the 20 pounds.  I was pretty close on the day, only off by 2.5 pounds.  My boyfriend has only 7.5 pounds since we started in July, but of course, he's not even trying.

Back to 148.5, which is what I was at last week before the terrible eating.  My show is over so I can get back to normal (for a little while at least).  I supposed to be down to 146 by tomorrow for the bet my boyfriend and I made.  But, considering he's only lost 7 pounds since July, I think I still win!

This weekend was horrible.  I gained 2 pounds just from the bad eating.  My school play is this Thursday, so I've been working in the theatre a lot, which means bad eating.  Saturday consisted of donuts and pizza.  Yesterday was Sonic (although, it was my fault for getting the chocolate cream pie shake).  I was so close to actually getting to 146 by next Saturday (my goal weight and date).  Urgh.  Plus, I've been so tired (and sick) that I haven't worked out in a week.  I feel so fat.  Urgh.  I can't wait for my play to be over so I can eat normally again.

Down to 148 today!  That means only 2 more pounds to my goal weight and I need to be down to that by next weigh in to win the bet my boyfriend and I made!  He, on the otherhand, has only lost 7 pounds since we started this 6 months ago because he's not trying at all.  I guess it'll be a little longer til we get a Wii in the house.  But I'll have my trip to Sedona!

I need to lose 4 pounds in the next 2 weeks to reach my goal date.  Don't know if that's possible.  I really need to kick my exercising into gear, but my drama kids are about to put on a show so that takes up all my time.  Maybe the stress will help me eat less.

Have been really bad at putting in what I've eaten this weekend.  I didn't eat badly, just too much going on.  Actually, I probably ate my whole amount of calories at breakfast on Saturday.  My parents came to see the house (we live about an hour away) and I made breakfast.  It was all healthy stuff, but it was just so much.  I made whole wheat banana bread muffins, veggie egg casserole's and my whole wheat pancakes with the peach syrup.  Luckily, I wasn't feeling well yesterday, so I didn't eat much.  My boyfriend made homemade chicken soup with lots of garlic and parsley.  So yummy!

Ecstatically surprised to see 149 this morning!  Finally, I hit below the 150's.  Haven't seen these numbers in over 3 years.  I was really surprised because I ate 3 pieces of pizza last night, so I wasn't expecting to lose anything.  Now I just have to avoid gaining it all back over the holidays.  I just read that people typically eat 1700 calories just at Thanksgiving dinner.  Yikes!

I was feeling good today until dinner.  Made chicken fajita's and thought I was being good by using whole wheat tortilla's and black beans, but I'm about 300 calories over what I should be eating.  I also haven't been able to exercise for the past two days because our school's dance concert is on Thursday and I've been working on lighting the show.  I can work out tomorrow.  Yea!  Never thought I'd be so happy to exercise.

Up a pound this week.  My lowest was 150, but my weigh in was 151.5.  There were too many things going on this week and I ate horribly.  I didn't even count yesterday because we had a birthday lunch for my grandmother and then I had an engagement party/dinner to go to.

My size 8 jeans are fitting fabulously though.  Plus, I've managed to get up early enough to do an hour workout in the mornings instead of just half an hour.
